They are all so kind, respectful, professional & polite. These are the characteristics I want when a loved one is being cared for & I am So pleased.

Hart was supposed to take care of my grandmother but from the beginning to the end was the worst nightmare in the world. The aids never showed up when they did they were inefficient and horrible but the worst part was they were dirty i mean unclean to the extent that the whole house had to be cleaned and fumigated from the stench!!! They were disrespectful and uneducated. I wud not let them take care of my grandmother for free. Obviously, i give them less then 1 star and no way wud recommend them. Thank you.

Hi Bob, I am shocked by this review! I reached out to you directly through Yelp for some information regarding this review, as I feel like you may have mistaken us for a different agency. I meet all of my clients and their family directly, and I do not have you as a point of contact for any clients. We have no information on this situation, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could supply us with your grandmothers name or any of our caregivers who you feel did not provide you 5 star service. If this truly did occur, we would like to reimburse you for your troubles, but we have not heard from you in any way. Kindly provide us with the information we requested, so we can further investigate this review.

Hart Home Health Care has been wonderful in assisting my 92 year old mother who has dementia. They have been unfailingly kind and respectful, even when encountering abuse from my mother. Jennifer (owner) has even gone above and beyond traditional duties to help me pay for medication without Mom's knowledge, since I don't live close by and the subterfuge required physical trips to the pharmacy. Both Jennifer and Colleen have done yardwork and housework tasks that other firms won't touch. And the agency has given me valuable updates on Mom's condition. I highly recommend Hart Home Health Care.
